Rabbi Winograd and his wife Chantal Winograd are the co-founders and directors of Reach Initiative International (RII), a Messianic Jewish ministry established in 2006 with a mandate to serve Jewish people and others with the good news of Yeshua. RII operates in Israel, Belarus, India, and North America, with over 125 staff and volunteers.
